".separator" command missing

When trying to load a CSV into a table, one might have to define the CSV-Separator used. Litecli throws a Syntaxerror.

in sqlite3 (working)

sqlite> .mode csv
sqlite> .separator ,
sqlite> .import examples/test.csv test
sqlite> .schema
CREATE TABLE test(

"field_b" TEXT,

in litecli (not working)

csvtest.db> .mode csv

near ".": syntax error
