Support for skipping the first waiting interval

Description
Please, consider adding the ability to skip first wait interval to be able to run task as soon as scheduler started.
We are already able to do it with `scheduler.run_all()`, but maybe you consider adding some additional argument to `.do` method or anywhere else?
