Rename/Remove /changeColumn commented

Hey are you planning to implement any of the methods commented in https://github.com/db-migrate/sqlite/blob/bf2e7c41807fbae145c1116cc5419d35cc40aa8a/index.js#L107

Are you open to receive pull requests?
I would really like to use some of this interfaces!
