Feature Request - env. variable for setting migrations table schema DATABASE_SCHEMA

There should be an option to specify the schema through env. variables, same as with `DATABASE_URL`, e.g. `DATABASE_SCHEMA`. Now there is no way to use `DATABASE_URL` for postgres without also creating a database.json (config) file.
