Popup misaligns from infobutton when using arrow keys

Description
Using the up and down arrow keys on the keyboard breaks the popup alignment.

When removing position: fixed; from the <div class="rc-popover-content-wrapper-wrapper rc-popover-content-wrapper popover-content-wrapper rc-popover-tooltip-content-wrapper" ... > element, it works correctly.
