Description
so here's what I want
$ docker exec (! currently running docker cotntainer ) bash
Then have the subprompt go through the llm, return a command, run the command, substitute the output back into the shell so I can have hierarchical composability with sub-execution

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the shell command handling and the TMUX/LLM integration, then determine how the proposed Ctrl-X sub-execution should interact with a running Docker container. Done means a subprompt can produce a command, execute it, and substitute its output back into the shell.
