Method formatFiles open each file in editor window

I have a hundred files and I want beautify each of them without opening window in editor files on each file.
If possible, it would be great if the method formatFiles could work silently.

Start by locating the formatFiles method and reproduce the behavior with multiple files in MATLAB. Done means formatFiles beautifies each file without opening an editor window for every file; verify the existing formatting behavior is otherwise unchanged.
