Description
I think right now liquid cache server it a bit of pain to observe, we don't fully understand what's going on, and why it works or not work.
I'd like to improve this by having a liquid cache admin panel.
This requires the liquid cache server to have an HTTP endpoint that provides all the information needed for downstream analysis; then, we need a front to visualize what's going on beautifully.
