Description

Thanks for the great website!

Your README says:

RDocumentation provides an easy way to search the documentation for every version of every R package on CRAN and Bioconductor.

Still I think some packages are missing from the website. For example:

  • AMR, CRAN since 2018
  • cleaner, CRAN since 2019

Is there a reason why the indexing doesn’t work well? You could build in a check if the indexing yields the same number as the CRAN repository (currently 18,032).

Research direction

Start with the README's claim about indexing every CRAN and Bioconductor package, then compare the website's package list with CRAN's repository list, including AMR and cleaner. Done means identifying why those packages are absent and ensuring the indexing result matches the relevant repository package count.
