Remove stacktrace support?

Description
distributed optionally supports stacktrace (https://github.com/numba/stacktrace), which has not been updated upstream for 3 years. Conda builds stop at Python 3.7.
Should it be removed from distributed altogether? Or should we try engaging upstream to revive it?
