Description
**What happened**:
The new html reprs for `Client` and `Cluster` objects added in #4857 look super nice, but they also add items in Jupyterlab's TOC:
**What you expected to happen**:
Client/cluster repr headers not showing up in TOC, unless it is intentional?
**Environment**:
- Jupyterlab Version 3.0.16
