Inlining relevant Client-held Futures in Dask

Description
After playing around with Distributed a bit, it seems that Client-held Futures that represent intermediate results in a Dask graph are not inlined or otherwise added to the Dask graph before optimization passes occurs. Seems like this would help simplify existing Dask graphs before more work is done on them.
