sonification of distributed scheduler tasks

The bokeh view of task progress is a killer feature of distributed.

However, there are many cases when an audio representation would be advantageous:
- when you don't want to watch the scheduler but still want to monitor its progress in the background
- for the visually impaired
- as a conceptual art project

One can imagine many ways to translate the tasks to sounds. This library could be helpful
