`test_setitem_extended_API_2d[index13-value13]` is flaky. It only runs in gpuCI, so regular Linux/MacOS/Windows builds will not report it. I couldn't reproduce it locally so far, even after hundreds of runs. For now it has been marked flaky in https://github.com/dask/dask/pull/7994 .
