The [repo where `SLURMRunner` was originally implemented](https://github.com/jacobtomlinson/dask-runners) contains valuable information (especially the "Runner vs Cluster" section) that should be included in the `dask-jobqueue` documentation. https://github.com/dask/dask-jobqueue/issues/638 and https://github.com/dask/community/issues/346 also contain information that might be valuable to a user.
