Description
When we run an ECS cluster from the command line [we just sleep forever until the cluster closes](https://github.com/dask/dask-cloudprovider/blob/8e8139c187ef1b129db3afc61c9e8dc760c2ecae/dask_cloudprovider/cli/ecs.py#L198). It would be nice to bring back logs and output them.
