Use <code> inside <details><summary> in report


Otherwise we get backticks, because markdown doesn't work. Or we might have to do an empty line before writing the summary for markdown for rendering.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the report rendering shown in the attached image and locate the report output for the details/summary element; the issue is done when inline code in the summary renders as code rather than literal backticks, or the documented blank-line alternative works.
