Add Author information to Verified publishers packages

Hi,

As great the verified publishers system is, it has the big drawback that the people behind vanish completely. This is especially a problem is the publisher is an OSS organisation with many contributors like flutter community.

Therefore I propose to add a distinct list of authors together with an optional URL for an authors homepage and optionsm social media handle directly below the publisher.
