Describe the bug

The new GTK4-ready popover menu for the pixelpipe module list presets doesn't keep user presets separate from defaults. Instead they are all mixed together, sorted alphabetically.

  1. Create a new module list preset
  2. Notice that it's not in a separate part of the menu
