Color-EQ: interactive editing mode - small bugs

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones

Describe the bug

2 small issues:
1.) when enabling Color EQs Picker via keyboard shortcut the crosshair gets stuck while the mouse-pointer appears
2.) When moving over some detailed surfaces the crosshair can quickly blink between black and white, which feels choppy.

Start by reproducing the Color EQs Picker behavior described in the attached video, especially activation through the keyboard shortcut and movement over detailed surfaces. Trace the picker interaction from that entry point and verify both the stuck crosshair and black/white blinking are resolved without changing the intended picker behavior.
