Description
Is there an existing issue for this?
- I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones
Describe the bug
This Setting/Miscellaneous/Position of the Scopes Module should not have let/right as names for its options but utility panel/processing module panel as it does not respect the Setting/darkroom/Modules/swap the utility and processing modules panels choice.
Steps to reproduce
- Swap utility and processing modules panels in the darkroom settings to have the processing modules on the left
- Set the scope on the right in the Miscellaneous Settings
- Find the scope on the left side in darkroom due to swapped panels.
Expected behavior
darktable should name the scope's position relative to a panel not a side

Research direction
Start in the darkroom settings for Miscellaneous/Position of the Scopes Module and the setting for swapping utility and processing module panels. Reproduce the reported panel swap and scope-position combination, then update the option names so they describe the utility or processing panel rather than left or right. Confirm the labels and displayed scope position remain consistent after swapping panels.
