Description

The Canon EOS R50 V CR3 files are currently not handled correctly in my darktable build.

LibRaw has merged a fix for this in commit:
https://github.com/LibRaw/LibRaw/commit/f962188cecb461b68d8ac389ce27e0cfa0898670

The current darktable master seems to use a LibRaw submodule from April 7 which predates the fix.

Would it be possible to update the LibRaw submodule to include this change and build a new nightly?

I will test with Canon EOS R50 V CR3 files if needed.

Environment:

darktable: 5.7.0+84.g8b02137d1a
OS: KDE Neon
Camera: Canon EOS R50 V
File type: Canon CR3

Research direction

Start by locating darktable's LibRaw submodule reference and compare it with LibRaw commit f962188. Update the dependency to include that fix, build darktable, and verify handling with Canon EOS R50 V CR3 files; a nightly build should include the change.
