Description
Is there an existing issue for this?
- I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones
Describe the bug
AFAIK it is not possible to pan or navigate outside of the canvas limits. This makes paths or part of paths drawn outside of the canvas limits inaccesible, specially on high zoom levels.
Steps to reproduce
Create a path in the retouch module partly outside of the canvas area.
Expected behavior
Allow to pan outside of the canvas area

Research direction
Reproduce the problem in the Retouch module by drawing a path partly outside the canvas and zooming in. Start by tracing the module's canvas navigation and input handling; done means paths outside the canvas can be reached and edited by panning beyond the canvas limits.
