Describe the bug
After moving to 5.6.0, Scope / histogram exposure scroll direction was reversed, meaning that scroll up will make exposure/black point lower; while scroll down will make them higher.
This is obviously a regression unless designed with a purpose. I remember in 5.4.0 the direction was aligned with other tools.
Steps to reproduce
- Open any image in darkroom
- Go to the scope / histogram
- Scroll mouse wheel up while hovering on the exposure partition
- Notice the value going down
Expected behavior
Scroll up = Increase value; Down = Decrease.

Research direction
Reproduce the regression in darktable 5.6.0 by opening an image in darkroom and scrolling over the scope/histogram exposure partition. Trace the mouse-wheel handling for exposure and black point, then verify that scrolling up increases the value and scrolling down decreases it on Windows.
