Dark table wont update to 5.6

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

I attempted to download the new 5.6 version of darktable, but it was not successful on Windows 11. I tried "darktable-5.6.0-win64.exe" As well as darktable-5.6.0-woa64.exe. but was not successful. It will have a pop-up that says, "Create process failed, Code 216. This version of 1% is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running . Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher".

Steps to reproduce

I go to the Darktable website to download
file will download
If I open the file, it will give me a pop-up error as described above.

Expected behavior

Darktable should be able to be downloaded and open with no pop ups and run smoothly as it did before 5.6

Start by reproducing the failure on Windows 11 with the linked darktable-5.6.0-win64.exe and darktable-5.6.0-woa64.exe installers, then inspect the release artifacts and their launch behavior. Done means the appropriate 5.6 installer opens on the reported system without the Code 216 compatibility error.
