Cannot see state of checkbox in Create a new style window

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Check boxes are not showing whether its state is check or uncheck in the "Create a new style" window.

I cannot know or see which modules will be included in the final style.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open photo in darkroom
2. Click on "Create a new style from current history stack" button
3. Click any checkbox do not show any change of states (check or uncheck)
4. Click on "Select all" or "Select none" does not help either

Expected behavior

checkbox state should be displayed as check or uncheck

Reproduce the issue in darktable's "Create a new style from current history stack" window using the listed steps, then locate the code responsible for rendering and updating its checkboxes. Confirm that individual checkboxes visibly change state and that "Select all" and "Select none" update every checkbox consistently.
