Rotate and Perspective not saving adjustment

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

I'm using latest nightly release Darktable nightly build 20260330. I'm using Kubuntu 2510. If you adjust using any means in the module Rotate & Perspective it does not save the result.

Steps to reproduce

Select module Rotation & Perspective
Straighten horizon
Click on header to save new setting
Reverts back to original image with no correction

Expected behavior

Save the new rotation adjustment

The same problem exists in the appimage I downloaded two weeks ago; Darktable-5.5.0+571.gc57f9c3c14-x86_64

Start by reproducing the failure in the Rotate & Perspective module using darktable 5.5.0+815.ge3bd787650 and the reported steps on Linux. Investigate why clicking the module header does not retain the adjustment; done means a rotation or perspective correction remains applied after saving and reopening the image.
