Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I can't see a way to replicate the customisations that I've made on another machine

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to be able to export all settings to a config file that I could load on another machine to have a consistent experience with a mimium of fuss.

Alternatives

Screengrabbing each screen of the UI and the prefs to recreate the same experience. Can't seem to get excited about this though.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by identifying how darktable currently stores its settings and determining which customizations need to be portable. Done means users can export the relevant settings to a config file and load it on another machine with a consistent experience.
