Description

Is there an existing issue for this?
  • I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones
Describe the bug

On darktable build +718 and previous one +695 (+671 is working well as expected), when activating openCL, opening a picture in darkroom shows a black image in the center panel and an OK image in the navigation panel , and when exporting sometimes dt crash, other times it export a black image.
In some cases the black image can be reverted by reseting some modules but it is difficult to reproduce, even in this case the export problem is not solved

Steps to reproduce

Open an image with openCL inactive all ok but obviously slow
Activate openCL, the issues happens

Expected behavior

Research direction

Start by reproducing the black darkroom image and export behavior with OpenCL enabled on the Intel iMac, using the attached Crash report.txt. Compare darktable builds +671, +695, and +718, and check whether disabling OpenCL avoids the failure. Done means OpenCL rendering and export match the expected results without crashes or black images.
