Description

There's not a comprehensive list of who has knowledge about specific areas of darktable. Over time I've figured out who to tag, but new people have no idea.

So, devs please add a comment with your username and areas of knowledge

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Read the issue comments first to determine how expertise should be recorded and where the resulting list should live; done means contributors can find a maintained list of developers and their areas of darktable knowledge.
