Incorect time separator in timestamp on Image Information in polish language

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

Strange sings instead of a colon in datetime on Image Information tab.

Steps to reproduce

Set polish (polski) in Global preferences/General -> interface language
Select photo on lightable and go to Image Information.
Check import timestamp or datetime. Then you should see strange sings instead of a colon, For example
17∶24∶09

17:24:09

No source file or test is named. Reproduce the issue on Windows with Polish selected, open Image Information for a photo, and inspect the import timestamp and datetime rendering; done means the timestamp displays colons, such as 17:24:09, instead of the reported characters.
