Exported dimensions / crop don't match darkroom

Describe the bug

Exported image dimension differ from darkroom, showing a different crop (crop module is not used).

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the image into darktable
2. Export as JPG (HQ on/off does not matter)
3. Import the JPG into darktable
4. Create a snapshot from the JPG
5. Open the raw, compare with the snapshot

exported image should match darkroom

Console (2025-08-12-15-21-18-P1080003.jpg was exported without HQ, 2025-08-12-15-21-18-P1080003_01.jpg with HQ). Pristine config + DB, Darktable 5.2.1 (AppImage), but master exhibits the same behaviour.

Reproduce the mismatch using the listed darktable export and snapshot steps, comparing the raw image in darkroom with the exported JPG. Start by tracing the export path and the crop module behavior; done means the exported image matches the darkroom view in dimensions and crop.
