Several warnings/failures on launching DT appimage

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones

Various messages appear in Terminal, maybe expected, maybe needing attention. I appreciate the canberra ones are normal. This is from the nightly appimage from yesterday -
