add new shortcuts missing with new update?

no bindings/options to add new shortcuts in darktable version 5.2.1?

if i double click on any entry of the top table, the rest of the window goes dark, but no new options appear...

go kog wheel top right --> shortcuts

Expected behavior

there should be an option to add a new shortcut?

Start by reproducing the issue in darktable 5.2.1 on Windows 11: open the top-right wheel menu and choose Shortcuts, then double-click an entry in the top table. Identify why the remaining window becomes dark without showing shortcut options. Done means the shortcut configuration controls appear and allow a new shortcut to be added.
