Add shortcut for adjusting brightness

I found that since different webpage had different degree of grey color for text by default, using same brightness setting across all webpage is not possible. Right now I must move mouse and click to adjust brightness and it is not convenient for me. I wish I can set shortcut for brightness, and possibly the "only for xxx" button as well.
