[Broken Website] Hacker News (news.ycombinator.com) is broken on iOS Safari

_There's already a generic issue about the overall look on HN for a certain theme, but this is more specific, please read on_

On Hacker News, on Safari, ANY theme hides the upvote/downvote arrows.

This doesn't happen on other Dark Reader versions. It's an iOS Safari specific issue. I've not tested on Mac Safari.

First reproduce the issue by opening news.ycombinator.com on iOS Safari with Dark Reader 1.5.8 and selecting a news post. Trace the Safari-specific rendering or styling behavior for Hacker News vote arrows; done means the upvote and downvote arrows are visible without breaking the other themes or browsers.
