### Feature Request Description

I know this isn't caused by Dark Reader, but I haven't been able to find a solution elsewhere.

When opening a new tab or returning to a suspended one (caused by Chrome's built in memory saving feature), the screen will flash white for half a second when it starts loading the page, this happens for every single tab, is there a chance Dark Reader could fix this by changing the default color of new tabs/pages before the page is loaded in?
