[Feature Request] Font Change Doesn't Turn on Font Toggle

### Feature Request Description

When selecting a font, the toggle does not automatically turn on. Users expect that choosing a new font when fonts aren't currently applied would enable the feature without needing additional action.

Justification: This introduces unnecessary steps and causes confusion about whether the selection was applied.

Recommendation: Automatically enable the font feature when a user selects a font.
