Description

### Prerequisites

- [X] I [searched for any existing report](https://github.com/darkreader/darkreader/issues?q=is%3Aissue) about this website issue to avoid opening a duplicate.
- [X] I can reproduce this website issue in a new, unmodified web browser profile with Dark Reader installed as the only extension.

### Website Issue Description

I use Dark Reader extension in chrome on a Mac laptop. I go to the help website and it is blocked by useless crap popup about an ios app. There is no cancel button or red dot in the corner or X in the corner, like a normal dialog, to make the damn thing go away. I cannot even scroll past it. When I put the mouse near it, the thing moves. Can't you make the website smart enough to distinguish Mac from iPhone? Failing that, can you make it stop moving and provide some obvious way to pop it down?

### Steps To Reproduce

Run chrome on a mac laptop.
Open the page.
Try to read it.
Observe that the crap is in the way.
Move the scrollbar with the mouse.
Observe that the crap is still in the way.
