[Broken Website] Cloudflare Radar

### Website Issue Description

The website has graphs and data about public internet traffic. It's broken in Dark mode.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to Cloudflare Radar.
2. Enable Dark Reader's Dark or Light mode (Filter)
3. Refresh the page.
4. Observe that none of the data is showing under tables and graphs.
