Old BIFF5 Format

Does it support BIFF5 format? if not, thers is a library NPOI which also
support BIFF8 format,but not BIFF5 format. I appreciate it can surport BIFF5
Format.

It seems that only JExcelApi support BIFF5 format in java. But in .net, there
is no any opensource library support the old BIFF5 Format.

I now write a server-side program which used to parse instument generated files
to Database including Old BIFF5 Format excel files. I appreciate any open
source library can support his old BIFF5 format.
