"Parameter is not valid" while reading images

I have a excel sheet with .emf images into it.

I programatically want to access the images and want to save to a location.

Current code is throwing exceptions. "Parameter is not valid"

Start by reproducing the exception while reading an Excel sheet containing .emf images and identify the library entry point used to access and save those images. Done means the images can be extracted to the requested location without the “Parameter is not valid” exception; no source file or test is named in the issue.
