Postman public collection contribution

Hello, I have created the following public Postman collection as part of my exploration of Dapr.

I would be happy to contribute it to a Dapr repository and maintain it to be on par with the latest Dapr API version.
I could also transfer the ownership of the collection to Dapr.

Please let me know your thoughts. What would be a good place to open a pull request? Initially, I thought the **docs** repository, but this may be a more appropriate place.
