Multi-app run in dev container

I've been playing around with Multi-app run and dev containers but making very little progress.

It would be fantastic to see a sample of this if possible.
I always seem to end up with a dev container where the dapr runtime: n/a. I then have to `dapr uninstall`, then `dapr init` in the container terminal before everything works. This feels like it goes against the idea of being able to open a dev container and have everything prepped and ready to go.

Am I missing something?

Start by locating the existing Multi-app run and dev-container sample or configuration, then reproduce the reported state where the Dapr runtime is unavailable. Check the difference between opening the container and manually running `dapr uninstall` followed by `dapr init`. Done means a documented sample opens with the runtime prepared and Multi-app run working without those manual commands.
