Hello!
Is there interest in updating express to v5?
Preliminary test by updating to v5 and running tests didn't raise any errors. And no TypeScript issues.
Should be backwards compatible although, since there's no minimum node version specified, now we'd have to specify at least Node 18 (previously I saw dependencies that required at least 14). We could consider going straight to Node 20 since that's the oldest officially supported version.
