Support Service to Service testing scenarios for Spring Boot

Supporting Service to Service scenarios using Testcontainers for Spring Boot is required to enable users to test applications that rely on service to service invocation capabilities.

Tasks:

- [ ] Add an example to the spring-boot-examples/ producer and consumer applications to document how this is done for Spring Boot users to copy.
