Fix override validate-examples workflow

**Describe the bug**

The override workflow is non-functional, if a dapr/dapr commit is dispatched the workflow will fail.

**To Reproduce**

Dispatch a workflow.

**Expected behavior**

Should correctly parse the commits and validate with the commit that is desired for the override.
