Improve integration between Dapr and Aspire

## Describe the feature
I'd like to learn more about how others are using Aspire within both a development and deployment perspective and identify the opportunities that exist for improving the integration between these two popular tools.

I think there are a few immediate goals I'd like to tackle, but please jump in with additional functionality you'd be interested in:
- Support resource association for each of the building blocks (rather few blocks are currently supported)
- Auto-generate component files based on the referenced resources
- Improve deployment story of Dapr into target environments (e.g. Azure: AKS, ACA, Amazon: EKS)
