docs: duplicate 'the' in Zipkin tracing howto

## Describe the typo

In `daprdocs/content/en/operations/observability/tracing/zipkin.md`:

> Now, deploy the the Dapr configuration file:

Duplicate "the".

## Expected correction

`deploy the the Dapr configuration file` → `deploy the Dapr configuration file`

## Additional context

Docs-only typo on the current default docs branch (v1.18). Happy to open a PR.

Open daprdocs/content/en/operations/observability/tracing/zipkin.md and locate the sentence containing “deploy the the Dapr configuration file.” Remove the duplicated “the” and verify the sentence reads “deploy the Dapr configuration file.”
