Broken Go SDK link in supported SDKs table redirects to 404

**Describe the issue**
The [workflow overview](https://docs.dapr.io/developing-applications/building-blocks/workflow/workflow-overview/) page contains a table of supported SDKs. The link for the [Go package](https://github.com/dapr/go-sdk/tree/main/client/workflow.go) redirects to a non-existing page/file.

**Expected content**
The Go SDK link should point to a valid file, package, or package summary page within the dapr/go-sdk repository.

**Redirect Destination Page**

Open the workflow overview page named in the issue and inspect its Supported SDKs table and Go package link. Check the dapr/go-sdk repository for a valid destination, update the documentation link, and verify that it no longer redirects to a 404 page.
